What’s good — I’m Rich Barisciano, also known as Bob Lee, a music producer from Staten Island, NYC.
For the past four years, I’ve been dedicated to creating high-quality beats and helping artists bring their vision to life. I’ve had the privilege of working with talented artists like Ren Thomas and Tyrone Briggs, and my work has been featured on Hot 97 and other major radio stations.
My journey in music began in 2010, when I started making beats and honing my production skills. From the start, I knew music was more than just a hobby — it was my purpose.
Like many creatives, my path hasn’t been perfect. I’ve faced challenges along the way that tested my focus and determination, but each obstacle helped me grow and refine my craft. Those experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of staying true to yourself.

Growing up in New York City, I gravitated towards music that was before my time and I think that was because subconsciously that old-school sampled sound is the foundation of the genre that I truly love, Hip Hop.
I could remember as early as 6 years old playing my parent’s vinyl on the record player (also being yelled at numerous times to not scratch them like a DJ).
Being born during the “Golden Era” of Hip-Hop and listening to artists such as Nas, Wu-Tang, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, and Biggie was an aspect of my childhood into adulthood that will always stick with me. Skip ahead to the present day, there are still rappers carrying that “Boom Bap’ torch like Griselda, Black Thought, Freddie Gibbs, Roc Marciano, Kendrick Lamar, and J-Cole.
